When do you need to see a Chiropractor? 

You should consult a chiropractor...

  • if you experience painful joints or aching muscles that last more than three days. (this includes not only the spine but knees, feet, ankles, elbows, wrist, shoulders, etc.)
  • if you experience pain during movement.
  • if your best friend is an electric heating pad.
  • if you have pain associated with sitting or sleeping or lifting.
